Steve is a chef and industry professional who has worked across the UK, Europe and USA for over 20 years, is a member of the Slow Food Cooks’ Alliance and was the winner of the inaugural Andrew Fairlie Award for Excellence in 2021.
We have been in this game long enough to know that it’s not always the easiest of jobs- but that doesn’t mean that it can’t be super fun!
Due to the way we structure our business, everybody who works with us chooses which jobs they would like to be a part of, meaning that everybody wants to be there.
Our cooks and servers are paid well, have all the yummy food that they would like and support each other to have the best time, all the time.
